Important Dates You Need to Know

According to the official 2025 schedule:

From March 28 to May 15 – Participant registration opens on the competition platform.
May 15 to May 30 – The online qualification tests take place (including robo-evaluation and video pitches).
June 15 – Results for Phase II (Part 1) will be announced.
June 15 to June 30 – Kits are dispatched to qualified participants for Phase II.
June 10 to July 31 – Free “ROBOajutor” assistance sessions are available weekly.
September 18 to October 4 – Submission window for video pitches of completed robots from Phase II (Part 1).
October 21 – Results for Phase II (Part 2) are announced.
